Click on the role that interests you to view the complete advertisement. Finally, click on the ‘apply’ button to complete our online application.
Our shortlisting process involves reviewing applications as soon as we receive them. We will contact you once we are able to shortlist your application. Once the application window closes, we will review all applications and identify potential candidates for the role. In some cases, the hiring manager may call you to discuss your application before inviting you for an interview.
Our selection process involves a variety of tools tailored to the specific role you are applying for. These tools may include interviews, presentations, or other relevant activities. We will provide you with ample time to prepare and ensure that you are informed about the selection process.
After we assess that we are a good match, we will contact you to extend an offer. Please note that all offers are contingent upon reference and DBS checks, so we may not be able to provide you with an immediate start date. However, we can initiate the onboarding process to begin integrating you into the team.
We understand the importance of a smooth onboarding process. Our HR team will guide you through the necessary checks such as DBS and referencing. We provide you with a dedicated point of contact to answer any queries you might have during the onboarding. To speed up the process, please ensure your references are ready.
Here are some top tips to ensure your application process goes smoothly:
- Get your references sorted in advance and inform them that a request will be coming their way.
- If there are any issues on your DBS certificate, even if they seem minor, let us know in advance. Simple things may show up but if we are aware of them, it won’t slow down the process.
- If you have lived or worked abroad for more than three months in the past five years, you will need to provide a Good Code of Conduct. You can obtain this from the embassy of the country you were residing in.
